Returns/Refund Policy

We may at our own discretion agree to accept returns if the goods and their packaging are in perfect and resalable condition. Any goods to be returned to us, must be given a returns number which must be included together with your name, address and a contact telephone number, when returning the goods.

Returns must be sent back via a guaranteed traceable service to ensure their safe delivery. No liability can be accepted for returns if they are not despatched via this method.

Custom made or special order items (ie.  soft furnishings) cannot be returned.

Samples are available for certain goods on a sale or return basis.  Any samples supplied must be returned within 21 days from receipt and in a resalable condition.
